Returns may be made within 90 days of purchase. A refund, exchange or credit are all available with returns. Returns are not accepted on custom pieces. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
To return or an exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on order history
3. Select the order you would like to return/exchange
4. Click on "View Details"
5. Click on "Add New RMA" and follow instructions to receive your RMA number
Please include a copy of your RMA in the package and write the RMA number on the outside as well. An RMA number must be obtained before returning a package to Manic Trout.
