Returns may be made within 90 days of purchase. A refund, exchange or credit are all available with returns. Returns are not accepted on custom pieces. Rings are not custom pieces, they are absolutely returnable and may be exchanged for a different size. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
To return or an exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on order history
3. Select the order you would like to return/exchange
4. Click on "View Details"
5. Click on "Add New RMA" and follow instructions to receive your RMA number
Please include a copy of your RMA in the package and write the RMA number on the outside as well. An RMA number must be obtained before returning a package to Manic Trout.
