1. Is Manic Trout jewelry handmade?
Yes! All of Manic Trout jewelry is handmade in the Austin, TX studio by me (Sierra) and when extra hands are needed, by skilled local artisans.
2. How many times a year is new jewelry released?
Four collections are released each year, Spring/Summer, Resort, Fall/Winter and Holiday.
3. Where can I buy Manic Trout jewelry?
Right here via our secure website or at select boutiques and online shops. Is there a store you think we should be? Let us know! If you have a store and want to carry Manic Trout, please create apply for a wholesale account.
4. I need a longer length necklace than what is available, is that possible?
Absolutely! You may request any length you would like in the comments section of the checkout. If you would like to talk it our before you order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 866-449-1152.
5. Can I get that in silver?
Many of the pieces are available in silver. If it is, there will be an option on that page.
6. What are my options for customizing jewelry?
So many different things! The animal jewelry is the most customizable, as you may select any piece from the collection and request a different color. Love the critter in a certain necklace but wish it were a different color? No problem! Any other color necklace at Manic Trout can be used for your necklace. Looking for a color not available? That too may be very possible.

7. Does Manic Trout offer wholesale?
Yes and we would be delighted to work with you. Please visit the Wholesale page to fill out a short application.
8. Can I return an order?
You sure can. You have 90 days to return any jewelry ordered from Manic Trout, including customized pieces. The full return policy is here.
9. Can I visit the Manic Trout studio?
The studio is not open to the public, as it is in my (Sierra's) home, but special visits can be arranged.
10. Is gift wrapping available?
Yes! Your order ships ready for gift giving. Each piece of jewelry is packaged in it's own clear cello bag with the Manic Trout logo. Every order arrives in a silver box with a black tulle bow and wrapped in black tissue sealed with a logo sticker. To have multiple pieces boxed separately, please select gift wrapping at checkout for $2.00 per each additionally wrapped box. Include a gift message at checkout in the additional questions section. Your message will be handwritten on a Manic Trout card. Additional instructions, such as requesting multiple items wrapped together may be left at the comments section during checkout.
