The Wholesale Terms:

• Wholesale prices are 50% less the retail prices listed on the web site. All pieces are available for wholesale, and are marked if an item is one of a kind. (Sample Sale & Last Chance Sale items are not available at Wholesale prices)
• The first order has a minimum of $100.
• There is no minimum on re-orders.
• Payment is required at the time of order via paypal, credit card, electronic check or money order unless otherwise predetermined between Wholesaler and Manic Trout
• Orders may take up to 2 weeks to fill, please discuss time frames when
  ordering if needed quickly
• At time of placing wholesale order with Manic Trout, customer acknowledges that they are entering into a mutually beneficial relationship involving mutual trust.
• Returns - mis match of expectations: All order returns, exchanges and credits are at the discretion of Manic Trout and must be discussed directly with Manic Trout prior to shipping back to Manic Trout. Returns for unsold merchandise are not accepted. Charge backs are not accepted. All wholesale sales are final.
• Damage or Wrong Product: All wholesale sales are final. Items received damaged in shipment may be exchanged for replacement of same item. Items damaged while in store on display are exchangeable for replacement of same item within 1 month of receipt and store is responsible for shipping back to Manic Trout as well as shipping of new item. Items returned by customer due to damages may be replaced as per discretion of Manic Trout.
• Shipping Time and Methods: Orders will typically be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Manic Trout only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Drop Shipping

• Drop Shipping prices are 25% less the retail prices listed on the web site. All pieces are available for wholesale, and are marked if an item is one of a kind. (Sample Sale & Last Chance Sale items are not available at Wholesale prices)
• Payment is required at the time of order via paypal or credit card unless otherwise predetermined between Drop Shipper and Manic Trout

Shipping costs in the US are as follows:

       $3.50 for USPS First Class Mail

       $7.00 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day shipping time)

       $20.00 for USPS Express Mail (overnight)

       FREE for all US orders over $100 via First Class Mail!

       All US packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.

Shipping costs for Canada are as follows:

       $8.00 for First Class International Mail

       $21.00 for Priority International Mail

International Orders:

       $25.00 via Priority International Mail

General Shipping Info:

• Delivery Time Shipping Time: Orders will typically be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
• Custom and Taxes: Customer is responsible for customs fees.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Products ship within 3 -5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Manic Trout reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
