All Domestic and International orders are shipped within five business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Orders placed with express shipping will ship same day if ordered by 12pm central and the next business day if after. As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Shipping costs are outlined here.
The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping. Manic Trout always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout and is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in the hands of the Post Office. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Manic Trout only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, that are the responsibility of the recipient. Internatinal orders may take up to 6 to 8 weeks for delivery depending on country.
Your order ships ready for gift giving. Each piece of jewelry is packaged in it's own clear cello bag with the Manic Trout logo. Every order arrives in a silver box with a black tulle bow and wrapped in black tissue sealed with a logo sticker. To have multiple pieces boxed separately, please select gift wrapping at checkout for $2.00 per each additionally wrapped box. Include a gift message at checkout in the additional questions section. Your message will be handwritten on a Manic Trout card. Additional instructions, such as requesting multiple items wrapped together may be left at the comments section during checkout.
90 Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.
To make a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your return. All returns must be postmarked within 90 days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; boxes must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after 90 days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender.
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to 15 business days.
All gemstones, glass and other materials are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Please be aware that smartphone screens, tablet screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Texas tax of 8.25% is charged to Texas residents on all orders.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Manic Trout reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Out Of Stock Products:
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Products ship within 3-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
